以优化气隙磁通密度为目标,设计了表贴式偏心磁极永磁同步电机。在解析法研究偏心磁极气隙磁通密度的基础上,分析了偏心距对气隙磁感应强度波形、电机性能指标的影响,推导永磁体平行或径向充磁时,极弧范围内各点气隙磁感应强度与偏心距关系的表达式,提出一种新颖的通过解析表达式优化设计最优偏心距的方法。利用有限元方法对其验证,证明理论解算方法的正确性和有效性。通过一台180 kW样机永磁体的实际优化设计,结果表明,理论解算出的最优偏心距与有限元分析所得的一致。
以優化氣隙磁通密度為目標,設計瞭錶貼式偏心磁極永磁同步電機。在解析法研究偏心磁極氣隙磁通密度的基礎上,分析瞭偏心距對氣隙磁感應彊度波形、電機性能指標的影響,推導永磁體平行或徑嚮充磁時,極弧範圍內各點氣隙磁感應彊度與偏心距關繫的錶達式,提齣一種新穎的通過解析錶達式優化設計最優偏心距的方法。利用有限元方法對其驗證,證明理論解算方法的正確性和有效性。通過一檯180 kW樣機永磁體的實際優化設計,結果錶明,理論解算齣的最優偏心距與有限元分析所得的一緻。

In order to optimize the air?gap flux density, the surface?mounted eccentric magnet pole of a permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed. The air?gap flux density of the eccentric magnet pole was studied utilizing an analytic method. The influence of the offset on the waveform of air?gap flux density and the motor performance was systematically analyzed. The expression of air?gap flux density with offset in parallel magnetization or radial magnetization was detailed, proposing a novel optimal design method for the eccentric magnet pole with analytical expression in a polar arc range. The validity of the proposed method was verified by finite element analysis as well as the optimal design of an 180kW prototype of the permanent magnet motor, proving the correctness and effective?ness of the calculation. The result shows that the best offset of using an analytic method was similar to that of the fi?nite element method (FEM).
