分析了BLDC换相转矩波动产生的原因,提出了一种基于重复控制原理的换相转矩波动抑制的新方法。该方法以换相时关断相的电流为调节器的给定值,根据重复控制原理来调节换相期间的电压,实现导通电流对关断电流的跟踪,保证换相期间总的转矩电流恒定,实现对换相转矩波动的抑制。这种方法从整体角度来看待换相,使调节器的输出性能不像传统PID控制那样受换相时间短的制约,具有较高的精度。仿真和实验结果证明了该方法的正确性。

This paper analyzed the reason why the commutation torque ripple(CTR) of BLDC occurred and presented a new approach to minimize CTR. By means of this method, the turn-off phase current is set to be the given value of a repetitive control based regulator, which makes the turn-on phase current tracking the turn-offphase currentby regulating the terminal voltage of motor. Thus the total current in the circuit is kept constant and the CTR is minimized. This approach took up the three phase commutation as a integral course, so the short commutation time is no longer a restrict factor to the trackingperformance, as the traditional PID control did. Simulation and experimental results verify the validity of the proposed approach.
