针对串补用火花间隙的自放电特性研究,利用大电流MOSFET运放PA52设计与开发了适合火花间隙自放电试验电源的新型大功率放大器。本文理论分析了功率放大器工作效率、输出电压和系统电源的确定关系,采用了DC-DC隔离电源模块提升输出电压幅摆,设计了负反馈保护电路限制电流提高功率放大器的安全性。该功率放大器驱动20(纯阻性负载时,单端到地输出电压为-80V~+80V,电压增益20dB,电流可达4A,最大功率200W,最大效率75.3%。实验与分析表明,该功率放大器非线性失真小,带负载能力强,能满足用于研究火花间隙自放电特性的试验电源的要求。

In order to study the self-discharge characteristics of the spark gap of series compensation device, a high power amplifier which is suitable for power supply of spark gap self-discharge test is developed by utilizing a high current MOSFET power operational chip PA52. Therefore, this paper analyzed the definite relationship between the amplifier’s efficiency, output voltage and system power supply, adopted DC-DC isolated power supply modules to enhance the output voltage swing, and designed a negative feedback protection circuit to limit the current to improve the security of the power amplifier. This power amplifier can provide a maximum single-ended output voltage of 160V (peak to peak), a voltage gain of 20dB, a maximum current of 4A, a maximum power of 200W and a maximum efficiency of 75.3% with a 20(pure resistant load. The experimental results show that the power amplifier can meet the requirements of the test power supply for studying spark gap self-discharge characteristic due to its small nonlinear distortion, powerful load capacity and high efficiency.
