目的:了解鲍曼不动杆菌的感染情况及其耐药性,为临床合理应用抗生素提供科学依据。方法:收集本院临床分离的鲍曼不动杆菌91株,分析其科室分布、标本来源及耐药情况。结果:鲍曼不动杆菌主要分布在神经外科病房、干诊三病房和呼吸病房,均为26.4%,以痰液分离最多,为87.9%;哌来西林/他唑巴坦耐药率为32.8%、亚胺培南和美罗培南耐药率为34.0%。结论:鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药机制复杂,应加强医院耐药菌株的监测,指导临床合理使用抗生素,采取有效的防范措施最大限度减少鲍曼不动杆菌感染。

목적:료해포만불동간균적감염정황급기내약성,위림상합리응용항생소제공과학의거。방법:수집본원림상분리적포만불동간균91주,분석기과실분포、표본래원급내약정황。결과:포만불동간균주요분포재신경외과병방、간진삼병방화호흡병방,균위26.4%,이담액분리최다,위87.9%;고래서림/타서파탄내약솔위32.8%、아알배남화미라배남내약솔위34.0%。결론:포만불동간균적내약궤제복잡,응가강의원내약균주적감측,지도림상합리사용항생소,채취유효적방범조시최대한도감소포만불동간균감염。
Objective:To study Acinetobacter baumannii infection and drug resistance for clinical rational use of antibiotics and provide scientific basis.Method:91 strains of Acinetobacter baumannii by clinical isolates in our hospital were collected,its distribution department,source of specimen and drug resistance were analyzed.Result:Acinetobacter baumannii mainly neurosurgery ward,dry attending three wards and respiratory wards were 26.4%,with a maximum separation of sputum was 87.9%;piperazine to amoxicillin/tazobactam rate was 32.8%,asia imipenem and meropenem resistance rates was 34.0%.Conclusion:Acinetobacter baumannii is a complex resistance mechanisms should be strengthened to monitor drug-resistant strains of hospital,clinical rational use of antibiotics,take effective preventive measures to minimize Pseudomonas aeruginosa infection.
