目的:明确针刺对慢性脑缺血的脑皮质区自由基相关指标影响及其机制。方法:将实验大鼠随机分为正常、慢性脑缺血(IR)和针刺组,对比观察各组动物慢性脑缺血5周时脑皮质病理变化及超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、活性氧(reactive oxygen species,ROS)、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(xanthine oxidase,XOD)含量的影响。结果:IR组SOD值较正常组显著降低,针刺组的SOD活性表达明显高于IR组,ROS、XOD活性低于IR组,而MDA的活性明显低于IR组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:针刺对慢性脑缺血有一定保护作用,此作用机制可能是针刺通过清除自由基,降低脂质过氧化应激而保护慢性脑缺血的神经功能损伤。

목적:명학침자대만성뇌결혈적뇌피질구자유기상관지표영향급기궤제。방법:장실험대서수궤분위정상、만성뇌결혈(IR)화침자조,대비관찰각조동물만성뇌결혈5주시뇌피질병리변화급초양화물기화매(superoxide dismutase,SOD)、활성양(reactive oxygen species,ROS)、병이철(malondialdehyde,MDA)、황표령양화매(xanthine oxidase,XOD)함량적영향。결과:IR조SOD치교정상조현저강저,침자조적SOD활성표체명현고우IR조,ROS、XOD활성저우IR조,이MDA적활성명현저우IR조(P<0.05혹P<0.01)。결론:침자대만성뇌결혈유일정보호작용,차작용궤제가능시침자통과청제자유기,강저지질과양화응격이보호만성뇌결혈적신경공능손상。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture on indexes related to free radicals in cortex in chronic cerebral ischemia rats and its mechanism. Method:Rats were randomly divided into the control group,the chronic cerebral ischemia(IR)and the acupuncture group. The pathological change and the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD),reactive oxygen species(ROS),malondialdehyde(MDA),xanthine oxidase(XOD)in cortex of rats were detected after five weeks. Result:The expression of SOD in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in group IR.The activity of SOD in the acupuncture group was significantly higher than that in IR group,and the content of ROS,MDA and XOD activity was all much lower than that in IR group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion:Acupuncture has protective effect on chronic cerebral ischemia by scavenging free radicals and reducing lipid peroxidation to relieve the neuron damage.
