为明确前期获得的致病疫霉颉颃细菌 SR13-2菌液抑菌效果的稳定性,用滤纸片法和马铃薯块茎切片法分别测定了在不同温度、pH、光照时间和存放时间等单一条件或多种条件下,SR13-2菌液对马铃薯晚疫病的抑菌活性及防病效果。结果显示,随温度升高,SR13-2菌液抑菌率下降,100℃处理后抑菌率从89.06%下降至63.29%,经121℃(高温、高压)处理后抑菌活性完全丧失;不同 pH 条件下其抑菌率下降幅度不大,均在73.41%以上;10~30℃,pH6,光照4 h,存放1个月 SR13-2菌液对马铃薯晚疫病的诱抗效果为89%~90%。经不同光照时间和4℃存放1年后,菌液的抑菌率也能达到80.12%。

Bacterial fluid (BF) of SR13-2 strain displayed strong inhibition activity on mycelial growth of Phytophthora in-festans in previous research. Stability of BF treated with different temperature, pH, light and storage time was studied, and growth inhibition of P. infestans and disease prevention were tested by filter paper and potato tuber slices were used re-spectively. The results showed that the inhibition rates (IRs) of BF decreased with the increase of temperature, and IR de-creased from 89.06% to 63.29%s after treatment with 100 ℃, the inhibition activity of BF lost completely after treatment with 121 ℃. IRs of BF treated with different pH were more than 73.41%. The IRs of BF treated with different illumination times and storage at 4 ℃ for one year were more than 80%. The disease prevention effect of blending BF on potato tuber slices was little changed. These findings indicated that SR13-2 BF had a great application potential against P. infestans and control potato late blight.
