提出了一种基于参数约束关系的工业相机的线性标定法,该方法充分考虑了摄像机标定参数之间的约束关系,利用单位正交矩阵的6个约束关系,使标定误差按参数之间的约束关系进行分配。该方法既避免了摄像机非线性标定所需优化算法的繁琐和不稳定,亦解决了其他线性标定法中摄像机内外部参数分解误差大的问题,是一种简单、高效、实用的摄像机标定算法。
提齣瞭一種基于參數約束關繫的工業相機的線性標定法,該方法充分攷慮瞭攝像機標定參數之間的約束關繫,利用單位正交矩陣的6箇約束關繫,使標定誤差按參數之間的約束關繫進行分配。該方法既避免瞭攝像機非線性標定所需優化算法的繁瑣和不穩定,亦解決瞭其他線性標定法中攝像機內外部參數分解誤差大的問題,是一種簡單、高效、實用的攝像機標定算法。

This paper presents a linear calibration method based on parameter constraint relationship for industrial camera which takes into account the constraint relationship between the camera calibration parameters , and makes the calibration error be allocated according to constraint relationship between parameters by using six constraint relations of unit orthogonal matrix. This method not only avoids tedious and unstable of nonlinear optimization algorithm required by camera nonlinear calibration but also solves the problem of big camera parameters decomposition error in other linear calibration. It is a simple , efficient and practical camera calibration algorithm.
