Using HATU as catalyst and DCM as solvent,a series of(4-(5-amino-4-phenyl-pyrimidine)-2-yl)piperazine)-1-ketones derivatives were synthesized from carboxylic acid and 4-phenyl-2-(piperazin-1-yl)pyrimidin-5-amine under the room temperature. The yield were above 72% . The structure of the prod-ucts were confirmed by 1 H NMR,13 C NMR and ESI-MS.
