总结了9例咽旁茎突后间隙神经鞘膜瘤手术患者的护理。术前的心理支持和充分的术前准备，术后加强饮食及体位指导，严密观察并预防出血、感染、神经损伤、腮腺漏等并发症，做好预防性气管切开的护理，出现异常及时治疗及处理，是保证患者顺利康复的关键。本组患者均获随访，随访时间3个月-3年，未见复发。
