准确量取一定量的葡萄酒,按一定比例稀释后,逐滴通过 SPE 预处理柱,分离去除部分蛋白质和色素等疏水性有机物质,进样后使用 KOH 作为淋洗液,用离子色谱法测定葡萄酒中甜蜜素和二氧化硫。结果表明,甜蜜素和二氧化硫呈现出较好的峰形且与其他离子能较好的分离,RSD 均小于5%,回收率在91%~99%。

Accurately measured a certain amount of wine,the diluted sample was pretreated by passing through filter membrane and DIONEX On GuardⅡ P & RP chromatographic column,prior to sample de-tection for the partly removal of the organic material(protein / pigment). After injection with KOH as elu-ent,ion chromatography determination of sodium cyclamate and sulfur dioxide in wine. Results showed a good peak shape and good separation from other ions in solution. RSD was less than 5% ,the spiked recov-eries ranged from 91% ~ 99% .
