目的:探讨多层螺旋CT对甲状旁腺腺瘤诊断价值及CT表现,提高本症的认识。方法回顾性分析经临床手术病理证实的甲状旁腺腺瘤12例的多层螺旋CT的表现。结果12例甲状旁腺腺瘤的病例均发生于下部甲状旁腺且单发,病变呈圆形或椭圆形软组织结节或肿块,位于气管食管旁沟内或气管旁甲状旁腺区11例,1例异位于前上纵隔胸骨后。全部病例均伴有骨质改变,其中骨质疏松8例,纤维囊性骨炎或棕色瘤12例。伴肾结石8例。结论多层螺旋CT可准确显示甲状旁腺腺瘤的部位,大小,形态及其并发症,是该病最重要的检查方法,特别是对异位甲状旁腺腺瘤在不增加甚至降低射线辐射剂量的基础上,可扩大扫描范围以发现异位的甲状旁腺腺瘤。
目的:探討多層螺鏇CT對甲狀徬腺腺瘤診斷價值及CT錶現,提高本癥的認識。方法迴顧性分析經臨床手術病理證實的甲狀徬腺腺瘤12例的多層螺鏇CT的錶現。結果12例甲狀徬腺腺瘤的病例均髮生于下部甲狀徬腺且單髮,病變呈圓形或橢圓形軟組織結節或腫塊,位于氣管食管徬溝內或氣管徬甲狀徬腺區11例,1例異位于前上縱隔胸骨後。全部病例均伴有骨質改變,其中骨質疏鬆8例,纖維囊性骨炎或棕色瘤12例。伴腎結石8例。結論多層螺鏇CT可準確顯示甲狀徬腺腺瘤的部位,大小,形態及其併髮癥,是該病最重要的檢查方法,特彆是對異位甲狀徬腺腺瘤在不增加甚至降低射線輻射劑量的基礎上,可擴大掃描範圍以髮現異位的甲狀徬腺腺瘤。
목적:탐토다층라선CT대갑상방선선류진단개치급CT표현,제고본증적인식。방법회고성분석경림상수술병리증실적갑상방선선류12례적다층라선CT적표현。결과12례갑상방선선류적병례균발생우하부갑상방선차단발,병변정원형혹타원형연조직결절혹종괴,위우기관식관방구내혹기관방갑상방선구11례,1례이위우전상종격흉골후。전부병례균반유골질개변,기중골질소송8례,섬유낭성골염혹종색류12례。반신결석8례。결론다층라선CT가준학현시갑상방선선류적부위,대소,형태급기병발증,시해병최중요적검사방법,특별시대이위갑상방선선류재불증가심지강저사선복사제량적기출상,가확대소묘범위이발현이위적갑상방선선류。
Objective To investigate the value of multi-slice spiral CT in diagnosis of parathyroid adenoma and the CT performance, improving awareness of the disease. Methods The multi-slice spiral CT findings of 12 cases of parathyroid adenoma confirmed by operation and pathological clinical retrospectively analysis. Results 12 cases of parathyroid adenoma cases have occurred in the lower parathyroid and solitary, lesions were round or oval soft tissue nodules or masses, located in tracheoesophageal groove ditch or paratracheal parathyroid area in 11 cases, Lesion located anterior mediastinal retrosternal in 1 case. All cases were accompanied by bone changes, including 8 cases with osteoporosis, osteitis fibrosa cystica or brown tumor in 12 cases.8cases with renal calculi. Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT can accurately show the location of parathyroid adenoma, size, morphology and its complications, is one of the most important examination method. Especially for ectopic parathyroid adenoma in does not increase even reduce the x-ray radiation dose on the scanning range,can be expanded to find ectopic parathyroid adenoma.
