目的：探讨足内侧远端筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣修复及前足背皮肤缺损的临床疗效。方法2007年8月-2012年12月，采用足内侧远端筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣修复及前足背皮肤缺损29例，皮肤缺损面积为2.0 cm×3.0 cm～5.0 cm×8.0 cm，供区直接拉拢缝合或行全厚皮片移植修复。结果本组29例皮瓣全部顺利成活，术后随访6~24个月，皮瓣质地柔软，外形及色泽良好，不臃肿，耐磨性好，恢复正常行走功能。供区植皮全部成活，愈合较满意。结论足内侧远端筋膜蒂岛状皮瓣血供可靠、操作简单、质地柔软、耐磨性好，是修复及前足背皮肤缺损的一种较好的手术方法。
목적：탐토족내측원단근막체도상피판수복급전족배피부결손적림상료효。방법2007년8월-2012년12월，채용족내측원단근막체도상피판수복급전족배피부결손29례，피부결손면적위2.0 cm×3.0 cm～5.0 cm×8.0 cm，공구직접랍롱봉합혹행전후피편이식수복。결과본조29례피판전부순리성활，술후수방6~24개월，피판질지유연，외형급색택량호，불옹종，내마성호，회복정상행주공능。공구식피전부성활，유합교만의。결론족내측원단근막체도상피판혈공가고、조작간단、질지유연、내마성호，시수복급전족배피부결손적일충교호적수술방법。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of repairing the great toe and dorsal foot soft tissue defects with retrograde medial plantar flaps. Methods From August 2007 to December 2012, 29 cases with the great toe and dorsal foot soft tissue defecfs were treated, the size of the skin defect ranged from 2.0 cm×3.0 cm to 5.0 cm×8.0 cm, we applied the retrograde medial plantar flaps to repair the defects, the donor site was direct sutured or covered with free skin grafting. Results All of 29 flaps survived successfully, followed-up for 6 to 24 months, the flaps had soft texture, good appearance and luster, no swollen, good abrasion resistance, the function of regular walking was recovered. The skin grafting of the donor area survived successfully, and had a satisfactory recovery. Conclusion It provides a way for repairing soft tissue defects of the great toe and dorsal foot by using the retrograde medial plantar flap, for its reliable blood supply, easy to operate, soft texture, good abrasion resistance.
