目的:探讨应用桡动脉浅支皮瓣修复手指皮肤缺损的方法及临床疗效。方法2008年8月-2012年1月,采用游离桡动脉浅支皮瓣修复手部皮肤缺损伴骨或肌腱外露30例,以桡动脉浅支走行于腕掌侧设计皮瓣,其中20例于皮瓣近端切取正中神经掌皮支重建感觉。皮肤缺损范围为1.5 cm×2.5 cm~2.0 cm×3.5 cm。结果本组30例皮瓣全部成活,未发生血管危象。术后随访6~12个月,皮瓣质地血运良好,外形满意,两点辨别觉为5~7 mm,供区无并发症。结论游离桡动脉浅支皮瓣切取方便,供区损伤小,是修复手指皮肤缺损较为理想的方法。
目的:探討應用橈動脈淺支皮瓣脩複手指皮膚缺損的方法及臨床療效。方法2008年8月-2012年1月,採用遊離橈動脈淺支皮瓣脩複手部皮膚缺損伴骨或肌腱外露30例,以橈動脈淺支走行于腕掌側設計皮瓣,其中20例于皮瓣近耑切取正中神經掌皮支重建感覺。皮膚缺損範圍為1.5 cm×2.5 cm~2.0 cm×3.5 cm。結果本組30例皮瓣全部成活,未髮生血管危象。術後隨訪6~12箇月,皮瓣質地血運良好,外形滿意,兩點辨彆覺為5~7 mm,供區無併髮癥。結論遊離橈動脈淺支皮瓣切取方便,供區損傷小,是脩複手指皮膚缺損較為理想的方法。
목적:탐토응용뇨동맥천지피판수복수지피부결손적방법급림상료효。방법2008년8월-2012년1월,채용유리뇨동맥천지피판수복수부피부결손반골혹기건외로30례,이뇨동맥천지주행우완장측설계피판,기중20례우피판근단절취정중신경장피지중건감각。피부결손범위위1.5 cm×2.5 cm~2.0 cm×3.5 cm。결과본조30례피판전부성활,미발생혈관위상。술후수방6~12개월,피판질지혈운량호,외형만의,량점변별각위5~7 mm,공구무병발증。결론유리뇨동맥천지피판절취방편,공구손상소,시수복수지피부결손교위이상적방법。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of repairing finger soft tissue defect with superficial branch of radial artery flap. Methods From August 2008 to January 2012, 30 finger defects in 20 cases were acute covered with superficial branch of radial artery flap. There were 18 males and 12 females. The age ranged from 16 to 45 years. The defect area ranged from 1.5 cm×2.5 cm~2.0 cm×3.5 cm. The flap was desigend on the palm part of wrist. The palmar cutaneous branch of the median nerve was cut in the proximal end of flap for reconstructing sensation in 20 fingers. Results All flaps survived after operation, there was no vascular crisis, and were followed up for 6 to12 months. The flaps had good appearance and texture and blood circulation. Two-point discrimination was 5~7 mm. No complication happened in donor sites. Conclusion It offered a sensation skin flap for reconstruction of defect that by transfering superficial branch of radial artery flap, for its simple cut and small damage for donor site.
