强直性脊柱炎病因及发病机制尚未完全了解，临床治疗仍有很多难题。中医针灸治疗该症特点较突出，检索针灸及针灸结合西药、火针、推拿、中药熏蒸等手法综合治疗强直性脊柱炎的文献，分析数据并对相关信息进行系统评价，综合分析针灸治疗该症的有效性和科学性，探究其治疗有效性的机制。发现这类文献随机对照试验病例数少，质量不高，为开展高质量针刺治疗该症临床研究提供客观参考依据。

The etiology and pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis are not clearly understood. There are still many problems in clinical practice. The acupuncture treatment of ankylosing spondylitis is quite distinctive. This study retrieved relevant literatures of treatment for ankylosing spondylitis using acupuncture and moxibustion,and acupuncture combined with Western medicine,fire needle,massage, Chinese medicine fumigation techniques. The relevant data were analyzed,and the relevant information was systematic reviewed. The effectiveness of acupuncture treatment for ankylosing spondylitis was comprehensively analyzed,exploring the mechanism of therapeutic efficacy. Results suggest that there was smaller number of randomized,controlled trials. This study provides an objective reference for conducting high-quality of acupuncture treatment for this disease.
