将29只40日龄、体重相近的肉兔随机分为4组，分别饲喂含0%、10%、20%、30%经过1.2%FeCl3处理的银合欢叶粉日粮，试验为期35 d。结果表明：（1）各试验组肉兔均未出现中毒症状。（2）肉兔采食量未出现异常，说明银合欢叶粉适口性好。（3）10%添加组肉兔试验末期平均体重、平均日增重与对照组差异不显著（P ＞0.05），料重比（3.22）优于对照组，血液指标、屠宰性能、脏器重量及肌肉物理性状均与对照组无显著差异（P＞0.05）。由此可见，经过1.2%FeCl3处理的银合欢叶粉饲喂肉兔不会引起毒性反应，可用于肉兔生产。综合考虑，肉兔日粮中脱毒银合欢叶粉的最佳比例为10%。

A total of 29 40-day-old meat rabbits with similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups,the diet of which contained 0%,10%,20%,30% Leucaena Leucocephala treated with 1.2% FeCl3.The trail period was 35 days.The results showed that:(1)There was no poisoning symptom in feeding meat rabbits during clinic observa-tion. (2)The normal daily intake of meat rabbits showed that rabbits enjoyed intaking Leucaena Leucocephala. (3)There were no significant difference in the final body weight and the average daily gain between 10% adding group and control group (P > 0.05);The feed/gain ratio of 10% adding group was better than that of control group.The serum biochemical values,slaughter traits,internal organs weight and physical character of the meat of all test groups were normal(P>0.05). The results indicated that meat rabbits hadn’t been poisoned after intaking Leucaena Leucocephala,which could be used in feeding meat rabbits.It displayed that the proportion of Leucaena Leucocephala powder as 10%was more suitable.
