　　目的：探讨上海嘉定区中老年高尿酸血症的患病特征及相关因素，并提出相应的建议。方法：2012年4-6月华亭镇社区卫生服务中心体检的9271名中老年人，分为高尿酸血症组和尿酸正常组，分析其临床资料、生化指标及影响血尿酸水平的因素。结果：中老年人血尿酸增高的比例为18.97％，并随年龄的增长，比例逐渐上升。高尿酸血症组的谷丙转氨酶、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、肌酐、尿素和高血压比例较正常组高；通过x2检验表明，甘油三酯、胆固醇、血肌酐、尿素、年龄和血压与血尿酸水平密切相关。结论：中老年人高尿酸血症常伴发代谢异常和肾功能不全等，总胆固醇、血肌酐、尿素、血压与血尿酸水平升高相关。
　　목적：탐토상해가정구중노년고뇨산혈증적환병특정급상관인소，병제출상응적건의。방법：2012년4-6월화정진사구위생복무중심체검적9271명중노년인，분위고뇨산혈증조화뇨산정상조，분석기림상자료、생화지표급영향혈뇨산수평적인소。결과：중노년인혈뇨산증고적비례위18.97％，병수년령적증장，비례축점상승。고뇨산혈증조적곡병전안매、감유삼지、총담고순、기항、뇨소화고혈압비례교정상조고；통과x2검험표명，감유삼지、담고순、혈기항、뇨소、년령화혈압여혈뇨산수평밀절상관。결론：중노년인고뇨산혈증상반발대사이상화신공능불전등，총담고순、혈기항、뇨소、혈압여혈뇨산수평승고상관。
Objective:To discuss the characteristics and its related factors of hyperuricemia in elderly people in Jiading District of Shanghai in order to provide a basis for scientific proposal. Method:Ninety two hundred-seventy one elderly people who were physically examined in Huating community health service center from April to June 2012 were divided into the hyperuricemia group and normal group, and their clinical data, biochemical indexes and the influencing factors were analyzed. Result:The hyperuricemia prevalence was 18.97%, and along with the growth of the age, the proportion was rising gradually. Alanine aminotransferase, triglyceride, total cholesterol, creatinine, urea and hypertension in the hyperuricemia group were higher than those in normal group. x2 test showed that triglycerides, cholesterol, creatinine, urea, age and blood pressure had closely relationship with urine acid level. Conclusion:Hyperuricemia of the elderly people may be accompanied by metabolic abnormalities and renal insufficiency. Total cholesterol, serum creatinine, blood urea, and blood pressure were associated with elevated blood uric acid levels.
