焦炉集气管压力系统是典型的非线性多变量耦合系统，由焦炉、集气管、初冷器、鼓风机和多个调节阀组成，通过对蝶阀开度的控制使集气管压力保持在100 Pa ±20 Pa，有利于提高焦炭和煤气质量，同时还对炉体寿命、节能、环保等有积极的作用。King-SCADA具有集成化管理、模块式开发、可视化、智能化诊断及控制，使用简单方便，运行安全可靠等特点，介绍了在焦炉集气管工作特性的基础上利用KingSCADA实现压力监控系统的开发。

The pressure system of gas-collecging tube in the coke oven is a typical nonlinear multi-variable coupled system,composed of coke oven,gas-collecting tube,primary cooler,blower and a number of regulating valves.Through control of the opening of the butterfly valve,the pressure of the gas-collecting tube is maintained at 100 ±20 Pa to facilitate improvement of coke and gas quality.That also produces positive effects on life span of furnace body,energy saving and environment protection.KingSCADA is characterized through integrated management,modular development,visual and intelligent diagnosis and control,easy and simple utilization and safe reliable operation.This paper presents development of the pressure monitoring system by means of KingSCADA on the basis of the operating characteristics of the gas-collecting tube of the coke oven.
