基于导模共振效应设计了几种多通道窄带滤光片,并利用严格耦合波法分析其光谱特性。在设计的单层滤光片的基础上增加第一层高折射率缓冲层,当厚度为523.8 nm和689.2 nm时,得到双通道和三通道的反射峰,在此基础上增加第二层厚度为768 nm的低折射率缓冲层,得到四通道的反射峰。另外,通过调节单层滤光片的入射角度得到对称的双通道反射峰。
基于導模共振效應設計瞭幾種多通道窄帶濾光片,併利用嚴格耦閤波法分析其光譜特性。在設計的單層濾光片的基礎上增加第一層高摺射率緩遲層,噹厚度為523.8 nm和689.2 nm時,得到雙通道和三通道的反射峰,在此基礎上增加第二層厚度為768 nm的低摺射率緩遲層,得到四通道的反射峰。另外,通過調節單層濾光片的入射角度得到對稱的雙通道反射峰。

Design of several kinds of multi-channel narrow-band filters based on the guided mode resonance effect was presented .The reflection spectra was calculated by using the rigorous coupled-wave method.By adding buffer layers to a sin-gle-layer filter, multichannel narrow bands can be obtained.When thickness of the first high index buffer layer was 523.8 nm and 689.2 nm, two and three channels were found in the reflection spectra, respectively.Four channels can be obtained in the reflection spectrum when a second low index buffer layer with thickness of 768 nm was added.Two channels can also be obtained in a single-layer filter by changing the incidence angle.
