　　目的检测高脂血症患者外周血可溶性CD147（sCD147）的表达水平，分析sCD147与高脂血症的相关性，为高脂血症的临床诊断提供技术指标。方法应用酶联免疫吸附法测定367例散发性高脂血症患者和212例健康者的 sCD147表达水平。结果高脂血症组患者 sCD147的表达水平为（7．68±1．53）ng/L ，健康对照组sCD147的表达水平为（2．78±0．52）ng/L ，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0．001）。结论sCD147的水平可能与高脂血症之间存在正相关性，为高脂血症的临床诊断提供了新的技术指标。

Objective To analyze the correlation between soluble CD147(sCD147) and hyperlipidemia by de-tecting the sCD147 expression level in peripheral blood among hyperlipidemia patients ,and to provide technical indi-cators for the clinical diagnosis of hyperlipidemia .Methods Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to meas-ure the sCD147 in 367 sporadic hyperlipidemia patients and in 212 healthy people .Results The sCD147 expression level in hyperlipidemia group was (7 .68 ± 1 .53)ng/L ,in healthy control group was (2 .78 ± 0 .52)ng/L ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0 .001) .Conclusion sCD147 might behave positive correlation with hy-perlipidemia ,and it could be used as new indicators for the clinical diagnosis of hyperlipidemia .
