　　目的研究非气腹腹腔镜对卵巢黄体破裂的临床疗效。方法回顾分析对2007年4月至2011年4月我院收治的卵巢黄体破裂患者40例，其中20例实施非气腹腹腔镜作为研究组，另20例实施气腹腹腔镜作为对照组。比较两组的手术时间，术中出血量及术后患者疼痛等。结果两组在手术时间、出血量、术后排气时间无显著性差异（P ＜0.05)。结论非气腹腹腔镜手术适应证较气腹腹腔镜广，且术中出血量及疼痛与后者相当，具有广阔的临床应用前景。
　　목적연구비기복복강경대란소황체파렬적림상료효。방법회고분석대2007년4월지2011년4월아원수치적란소황체파렬환자40례，기중20례실시비기복복강경작위연구조，령20례실시기복복강경작위대조조。비교량조적수술시간，술중출혈량급술후환자동통등。결과량조재수술시간、출혈량、술후배기시간무현저성차이（P ＜0.05)。결론비기복복강경수술괄응증교기복복강경엄，차술중출혈량급동통여후자상당，구유엄활적림상응용전경。
Objective To study the clinical effect of treating rupture ofcorpus luteumby gasless laparoscopic surgery. Methods Choosed 40 patients of rupture ofcorpus luteumfrom Apr. 2007 to Apr. 2011 to divide into study group with 20 cases received gasless laparoscopic surgery and 20 cases received laparoscope as controlled group. Compared the surgery time, amount of bleeding, postoperative exhaust time. Results There was no difference of surgery time, amount of bleeding, postoperative exhaust time in these two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The indication of gasless laparoscope is wilder than laparoscope with the same amount of blood and pain to extend in clinical.
