为青冈栎种子的贮藏提供参考,测定了保湿沙藏与自然干藏方法种子中水分、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖、粗脂肪、丙二醛含量与发芽势、发芽率随时间的动态变化,分析了生理生化指标与种子发芽率之间的相关性。结果表明,青冈栎种子含水量和可溶性蛋白含量随着贮藏时间的延长逐渐降低,保湿沙藏降幅低于干藏,贮藏90 d时,含水量保湿沙藏为42.29%,干藏为35.89%;可溶性糖、粗脂肪含量和丙二醛含量随贮藏时间延长逐渐增加,保湿沙藏增幅低于干藏,贮藏期结束时,可溶性糖、粗脂肪含量和丙二醛含量保湿沙藏的分别为31.22%、7.3%和0.61%,干藏的分别为37.15%、9.6%和0.73%。种子发芽率与含水量呈极显著正相关,与脂肪、丙二醛含量呈显著负相关;保湿沙藏有利于提高青冈栎种子发芽势和发芽率。

In order to provide a reference for the storage of C.glauca seeds,the authors detected the dynamic changes of the contents of moisture, soluble protein, soluble sugar, crude fat and MDA, germination potential and germination rate under wet sand storage and natural dry storage,and analyzed the correlation between physiological and biochemical indexes and seed germination rate.Results:the contents of moisture and soluble protein gradually decreased with the storage time prolonging,and the decreasing amplitude of wet sand storage was lower than dry storage.The moisture content was 42.29%and 35.89% respectively under wet sand storage and dry storage 90 days later;The contents of soluble sugar,crude fat and MDA gradually increased with time prolonging,the increasing amplitude of wet sand storage was lower than dry storage,the contents of them were 31.22%,7.3% and 0.61% in wet sand storage and 37.15%,9.6% and 0.73% in dry storage respectively.The seed germination rate was very significantly positively correlated with moisture content,and significantly negatively correlated with the contents of crude fat and MDA;the wet sand storage was beneficial for enhancing germination potential an germination rate of C.glauca seeds.
