为了提高小叶黄果枸杞的硬枝扦插成苗率,采用田间试验研究了 IBA、GA3、速生根、NAA和艾施生根粉5种生长调节剂对小叶黄果枸杞硬枝扦插成苗效果的影响。结果表明:1)用750 mg/L IBA浸泡处理小叶黄果枸杞硬枝插条的成活率最高,为80.67%;其次是750 mg/L GA3,为78%;清水(CK)最低,为50.67%。2)用750 mg/L IBA 和750 mg/L GA3浸泡处理插条的新生枝数分别为3.5个/株和3.4个/株,新生枝长分别为19.7 cm/株和17.3 cm/株,均极显著高于1000 mg/L艾施生根粉溶液和清水浸泡处理插条的新生枝数和新生枝长。3)用750 mg/L IBA和750 mg/L GA3浸泡处理插条的新生根数分别为5.5条/株和4.9条/株,新生根长分别为9.93 cm/株和9.85 cm/株,均显著或极显著高于750 mg/L NAA、500 mg/L速生根、1000 mL/L艾施生根粉溶液和清水浸泡处理的新生根数和新生根长。因此,生产上用750 mg/L IBA和750 mg/L GA3生长调节剂浸泡处理小叶黄果枸杞硬枝插条可显著提高其成活率,促进根系和枝条生长,加快繁殖速度。

In order to improve the survival rate of hardwood cutting propagation of L.parvifolium,a field experiment was conducted to study the effects of five growth regulators,including IBA,GA3 ,fast-producing rooting reagent,NAA and Ai-Shi rooting reagent,on raising seedlings of L.parvifolium by hardwood cuttings.Results:1)The survival rate of L.parvifolium was influenced mostly by 750 mg/L IBA at 80.67%,followed by 750 mg/L GA3 at 78%,and the least by clean water only at 50.67%.2)The new-shoot number of L.parvifolium were influenced obviously by 750 mg/L IBA(3.5individuals/plant), followed by 750 mg/L GA3(3.4 individuals/plant),the new-shoot length reached 19.7 cm/plant and 17.3 cm/plant respectively,and they were significantly higher than 1000 mg/L Ai-Shi rooting reagent and clear water.3)The new-root number were also enhanced very significantly by 750 mg/L IBA,followed by 750 mg/L GA3 ,each of them reached 5.5 individuals/plant and 4.9 individuals/plant,the new-root length reached 9.93 cm/plant and 9.85 cm/plant.They were more and most significantly higher than 750 mg/L NAA,500 mg/L fast-growing root, 1000mg/L Ai-Shi rooting reagent solution and water soaking treatment of new root number and root length.As a result,with 750 mg/L IBA and 750 mg/L GA3 growth regulator solution soak the hard branch cutting of L.parvifolium in the production, could significantly improve the survival rate,promote the growth of roots and branches,and to speed up the breeding.
