基于PERMAS先进的接触算法,对大锥角风力发电机用双列圆锥滚子轴承进行了整体模型分析和子模型分析。整体模型分析重点研究了轴向游隙对滚子载荷分布的影响,分析结果表明,随着游隙的增大,承载滚子数量逐渐减少,而最大法向接触力逐渐增大。子模型分析了不同修型滚子对其接触应力的影响,结果表明,对数曲线修型滚子在该工况下具有更好的承载能力。

Based on the advanced contact algorithm of PERMAS,the entire model and sub-model analysis are carried out for double row tapered roller bearings with large taper angle used in wind turbine.The entire model analysis focuses on the effect of axial clearance on load distribution of rollers.The results show that with the increase of clearance,the number of loaded rollers decreases,and maximum normal contact load increases gradually.The effect of roller contour on contact stress is analyzed in sub model,and the results show that larger load capacity is provided with logarithmic contour rollers under this operating condition.
