针对航天企业库存管理越来越高的要求，提出一种物资采购辅助决策方法。瞄准“进度拖延”、“物料报废”、“库存占用”3种代价类型，分析其代价评价模式，并以此定义了采购代价函数。以寻找代价函数最小的订货日期为主要目标策划了决策流程，开发了原型系统并对决策结果进行了验证分析。

Because of the more and more higher request of inventory management in aerospace enterprises , it puts forward a kind of assistant deciding method for materials purchasing .Aiming at the three kind of cost of "sched-ule delay","materiel scraping"and"storage inhabiting", it analyzes the cost judgment pattern and defines the purchasing cost function .It planes the deciding flow in order to find the purchasing date whose cost value is least.At last, it provides a prototype system and validates the deciding result .
