针对中国产学研合作过程中,供给方与需求方在资源和技术方面存在的信息不对称、资源共享机制匮乏、各方耦合松散等问题,基于云计算技术优势,构建了集资源共享、协同研发、信息共享、管理服务等多种功能为一体的产学研协同创新平台,并对该平台的系统框架及体系结构进行了论述,为产学研各主体间的协同方式提供了初步解决途径。
針對中國產學研閤作過程中,供給方與需求方在資源和技術方麵存在的信息不對稱、資源共享機製匱乏、各方耦閤鬆散等問題,基于雲計算技術優勢,構建瞭集資源共享、協同研髮、信息共享、管理服務等多種功能為一體的產學研協同創新平檯,併對該平檯的繫統框架及體繫結構進行瞭論述,為產學研各主體間的協同方式提供瞭初步解決途徑。

Based on analysis of the problems in the industry -university -research collaborative innovation in China , such as the information asymmetry between the suppliers and the demander of resource and technology , insufficient sharing system of recourse as well as the loose coupling among each parties , etc.it establishes a mul-tifunctional platform for industry -university-research collaborative innovation based on the advantages of cloud computing technology .This platform has the functions of resources sharing , collaborative research and develop-ment, information sharing and management service , etc. Finally, it discusses the system framework and architec-ture of this collaborative innovation platform .This provides a basic solution for the collaborative method of the in-dustry-university-research.
