    Based on the analysis of satisfaction scale investigation in china, this paper introduced the architecture and functions of an integrated patient satisfaction scale investigation system using kinds of data collecting devices and advanced data analysis tech-nologies, and some advices such as optimized procedure and data mining, etc. were raised to better the public administration and the life of common population.
