　　环介导恒温扩增技术是一种特异、灵敏、简单的新型核酸扩增技术，目前，该技术已经被广泛应用于疾病诊断、食品安全检测及基因芯片等领域。本研究简要介绍了该技术的原理、操作技术及特点，归纳了近些年来该技术在植物病毒（DNA病毒、RNA病毒）、类病毒检测中的应用，并指出了其在应用中呈现的问题及解决办法，最后展望了该技术在植物病害综合防控中的应用前景。

Loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) is a new nucleic acid amplification technology with the advantage of high specificity, efficiency and rapidity. At present, the technology has been widely used in disease diagnosis, food safety testing and gene chip, etc. This paper simply introduced its principle, operative techniques and characteristics, then reviewed application of LAMP in the detection of plant virus (DNA virus&RNA virus) and viroid, pointed out problems which discovered in the process of application and offered solutions accordingly, finally prospected its applications in integral management of plant disease in the future.
