变桥臂多电平变流拓扑(alternate-arm multi-level converter,A2MC)是应用于电压源换流器直流输电的新型多电平换流器拓扑。该文阐述了一种新型全桥变桥臂多电平变流拓扑(full-bridge alternate-arm voltage source converter, FA2MC)的工作原理;针对该新型换流器拓扑,从桥臂能量平衡的角度,对其子单元电容参数进行了合理设计,并针对各子单元电容电压均衡的问题,给出了一种简单有效的电压控制策略及桥臂电感参数选取依据。对该拓扑进行了三相并网模型 PSIM 仿真,并在实验室制作了单相样机,得到的仿真及实验波形验证了该拓扑结构的电容电感参数设计及子单元电容恒压策略的正确性和可行性。

Alternate-arm multi-level converter (A2MC) is a new voltage source converter high voltage direct current transmission (VSC-HVDC) converter topology. This paper describes the principle of a improved full-bridge alternate-arm multi-level converter. Sub-unit capacitance parameters are designed based on the energy balancing of the arm. A simple and effective voltage control strategy and bridge arm inductance parameter selection method is given to balance the sub-unit capacitor voltage. The correctness and feasibility of the present control strategy and capacitance and inductance parameter design method are verified by the three-phase simulation model built in PSIM and single-phase prototype built in the laboratory.
