以民用建筑能耗为对象,归纳整理20个影响因素,构建民用建筑能耗影响因素解释结构模型。通过计算求得结构矩阵,绘制了5级递阶结构图,理顺因素间层次关系,分别找到驱动与缓解民用建筑能耗的关键因素,为促进建筑节能发展,缓解民用建筑能耗增长及制订相关政策提供参考。
以民用建築能耗為對象,歸納整理20箇影響因素,構建民用建築能耗影響因素解釋結構模型。通過計算求得結構矩陣,繪製瞭5級遞階結構圖,理順因素間層次關繫,分彆找到驅動與緩解民用建築能耗的關鍵因素,為促進建築節能髮展,緩解民用建築能耗增長及製訂相關政策提供參攷。

Summing up 20 influencing factors of civil building energy consumption,an interpretative structural model is con-structed to find the driving and ease key factors of civil building energy consumption.Based on the model,a structure matrix is calculated,drawing a 5 level hierarchical structural diagram and sorting out hierarchical relations among the factors,so as to provide a reference for the development of building energy saving,relieving the growth of civil buildings energy consump-tion and drawing up relevant policy.
