为选育黄果皮牛角新品种,利用本课题组转育成的牛角椒红果皮雄性不育系、红果皮保持系、美国大牛角高代自交系探讨生理成熟时牛角椒果皮颜色的遗传规律、牛角椒雄性不育性与果皮颜色的遗传规律。结果表明:牛角椒的果皮颜色的遗传,由1对等位基因控制,红色对黄色为显性遗传;牛角椒雄性不育性与果皮颜色的遗传属独立遗传。以此为依据提出了以黄果皮保持系材料为轮回亲本,转育黄果皮牛角椒雄性不育系的遗传模式,为转育黄果皮牛角椒新品种打下理论基础。
為選育黃果皮牛角新品種,利用本課題組轉育成的牛角椒紅果皮雄性不育繫、紅果皮保持繫、美國大牛角高代自交繫探討生理成熟時牛角椒果皮顏色的遺傳規律、牛角椒雄性不育性與果皮顏色的遺傳規律。結果錶明:牛角椒的果皮顏色的遺傳,由1對等位基因控製,紅色對黃色為顯性遺傳;牛角椒雄性不育性與果皮顏色的遺傳屬獨立遺傳。以此為依據提齣瞭以黃果皮保持繫材料為輪迴親本,轉育黃果皮牛角椒雄性不育繫的遺傳模式,為轉育黃果皮牛角椒新品種打下理論基礎。
위선육황과피우각신품충,이용본과제조전육성적우각초홍과피웅성불육계、홍과피보지계、미국대우각고대자교계탐토생리성숙시우각초과피안색적유전규률、우각초웅성불육성여과피안색적유전규률。결과표명:우각초적과피안색적유전,유1대등위기인공제,홍색대황색위현성유전;우각초웅성불육성여과피안색적유전속독립유전。이차위의거제출료이황과피보지계재료위륜회친본,전육황과피우각초웅성불육계적유전모식,위전육황과피우각초신품충타하이론기출。
In order to breed new pepper variety with yellow peel, pericarp color inheritance and its relevance with male sterility of Cayenne pepper was investigated using material of American highly self-crossing line, red color male sterile line and maintainer line. The result showed that the pericarp color was a kind of quantitative character controlled by a pair of allelic gene, and the red one was dominant to the yellow one. Character of sterility and color was independently inherited without any linkage, based on which the yellow maintainer line was chosen as recurrent parent to breed yellow male sterile line, thus‘three line mating’was realized and theoretical foundation was build in yellow cayenne pepper breeding.
