Carex brunnescens%seed%germination
为摸清褐鳞苔草种子的休眠机理、萌发过程,解决种子繁育难题,对褐磷苔草种子用物理(热水浸种、机械处理、层积催芽)、化学(浓H2SO4浸种、NaOH溶液处理、GA3处理)及综合方法处理后进行萌发试验。结果表明:褐磷苔草存在休眠,且休眠程度较高,使用10%NaOH溶液可以打破休眠,将自然条件下不萌发的种子发芽率提高到13.75%,其次是切破种皮+GA31000 mg/L,种子发芽率达到12.5%。

위모청갈린태초충자적휴면궤리、맹발과정,해결충자번육난제,대갈린태초충자용물리(열수침충、궤계처리、층적최아)、화학(농H2SO4침충、NaOH용액처리、GA3처리)급종합방법처리후진행맹발시험。결과표명:갈린태초존재휴면,차휴면정도교고,사용10%NaOH용액가이타파휴면,장자연조건하불맹발적충자발아솔제고도13.75%,기차시절파충피+GA31000 mg/L,충자발아솔체도12.5%。
In order to fully understand the dormancy mechanism and germination process, to solve the breeding problems of Carex brunnescens seeds. The seed germination experiment of Carex brunnescens was carried out. After the seeds were dealt with physical methods (soaked with hot water, scarification, stratification), chemical methods (seed soaking by H2SO4, NaOH, GA3) and integrated methods. The results showed that Carex brunnescens had dormancy characteristic and not germination in natural condition. 10% NaOH and scarification+GA3 1000 mg/L take some effect in breaking dormancy and promoting germination. The germination percentage was 13.75%and 12.5%, respectively.
