以生产上主栽的杏扁品种龙王帽、一窝蜂、优一和国仁以及优株07-3(一窝蜂抗寒优株)为试材,2010年对自然低温冻害胁迫后杏扁花器官(花瓣、雄蕊、雌蕊)的冻害情况进行了调查;2011年对各品种(优株)盛花期的1a生花枝进行室内模拟低温冻害试验,调查花器官的冻害发生率,并测定了不同品种(优株)雌蕊的可溶性蛋白和丙二醛含量,分析参试材料的抗寒性。结果表明:优株07-3抗寒性最好,一窝蜂次之,龙王帽、优一和国仁抗寒性较差;花器官的抗寒性顺序为花瓣>雄蕊>雌蕊。

이생산상주재적행편품충룡왕모、일와봉、우일화국인이급우주07-3(일와봉항한우주)위시재,2010년대자연저온동해협박후행편화기관(화판、웅예、자예)적동해정황진행료조사;2011년대각품충(우주)성화기적1a생화지진행실내모의저온동해시험,조사화기관적동해발생솔,병측정료불동품충(우주)자예적가용성단백화병이철함량,분석삼시재료적항한성。결과표명:우주07-3항한성최호,일와봉차지,룡왕모、우일화국인항한성교차;화기관적항한성순서위화판>웅예>자예。
Apricot flat varieties Longwangmao, Yiwofeng, Youyi, Guoren and Germplasm 07-3 ( Yiwofeng cold hardiness germplasm ) were selected as test material, freezing conditions of apricot flat floral organ ( petal, stamen, pistil) were investigated after natural low temperature stress in 2010.The indoor experiment of simulation low temperature freezing on one year spray of cultivars ( strains) were tested in 2011, the freezing rate of floral organs was investigated, the contents of soluble protein and MDA of pistil were determinated, and the cold hardiness of cultivars ( strains) were analyzed.The results showed that the cold hardiness of Germplasm 07-3 was best, the second was Yiwofeng, and the cold hardiness of Longwangmao, Youyi and Guoren were weaker.The order of cold hardiness of floral organs was petal>stamen>pistil.
