以河北省农林科学院药用植物研究中心从半野生菊花种质中筛选培育的菊花新品种河北香菊为研究对象,研究了河北香菊生长发育和干物质积累规律。结果表明:根据河北香菊各器官生长变化及干物质积累特点,将河北香菊的生长分为5个时期,即幼苗期、苗期、蕾期、花期和越冬期。香菊的叶面积指数在幼苗期最低,苗期出现大幅度的增长,到9月18日叶面积指数达到最大(3.90),之后缓慢下降,花期下降至2.54。香菊植株干物质增长量与积累量在蕾期之前较小,进入蕾期后大幅度增加;植株干物质阶段积累率以花期最高,占全生育期干物质积累量的32.1%。全生育期中,香菊植株各器官干物质积累量占总干物质量的比例顺序为分枝(43.0%)>叶(32.9%)>主茎和根(16.7%)>花蕾(7.4%)。

이하북성농림과학원약용식물연구중심종반야생국화충질중사선배육적국화신품충하북향국위연구대상,연구료하북향국생장발육화간물질적루규률。결과표명:근거하북향국각기관생장변화급간물질적루특점,장하북향국적생장분위5개시기,즉유묘기、묘기、뢰기、화기화월동기。향국적협면적지수재유묘기최저,묘기출현대폭도적증장,도9월18일협면적지수체도최대(3.90),지후완만하강,화기하강지2.54。향국식주간물질증장량여적루량재뢰기지전교소,진입뢰기후대폭도증가;식주간물질계단적루솔이화기최고,점전생육기간물질적루량적32.1%。전생육기중,향국식주각기관간물질적루량점총간물질량적비례순서위분지(43.0%)>협(32.9%)>주경화근(16.7%)>화뢰(7.4%)。
Taking chrysanthemum new variety Hebeixiangju as study object , which was screened from half wild chrysanthemum germplasm by Medicinal Plant Research Center of Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences, the growth characteristics and dry matter accumulation of Hebeixiangju were studied.The results showed that according to the growth of different parts and the characteristics of dry matter accumulation of Hebeixiangju, the development of Hebeixiangju was divided into five stages, which including early seedlings stage, seedling stage, bud stage, flower stage and wintering stage.In early seedling stage the LAI of Hebeixiangju was the lowest, then was increased by a wide margin in seedling stage, and reached the highest (3.90) on September 18, after that the LAI was decreased slowly and dropped to 2.54 in flowering stage.The plant growth and dry matter accumulation amount had a substantial increase after bud stage and that was smaller before bud stage.The dry matter accumulation rate was the highest in flowering stage (32.1%) .In the whole growth period, the order of the dry matter accumulation amounts in different organs was branch (43.0%) >leaf (32.9%) >main stem and root (16.7%) >bud (7.4%) .
