前分选技术是实现垃圾综合处理、提高资源利用率的前提和关键。针对目前纸塑分选效果差、设备简陋、工艺参数不合理的实际,通过卧式气流分选内部流场仿真分析,探求合理的纸塑分选工艺参数和设备设计关键参数,为垃圾处理厂的生产和卧式气流分选机的研制提供技术参考和支持。首先,建立了卧式气流分选机的有限元模型,在Fluent中,基于DPM气固多相流模型分析了不同进风角度和风速工况下内部流场的速度分布和气压分布,结果表明,针对北方寒旱区春季生活垃圾,进风角度在15°~20°,风速在12~14m/s范围内,可获得较好的纸塑分选纯度和效率。
前分選技術是實現垃圾綜閤處理、提高資源利用率的前提和關鍵。針對目前紙塑分選效果差、設備簡陋、工藝參數不閤理的實際,通過臥式氣流分選內部流場倣真分析,探求閤理的紙塑分選工藝參數和設備設計關鍵參數,為垃圾處理廠的生產和臥式氣流分選機的研製提供技術參攷和支持。首先,建立瞭臥式氣流分選機的有限元模型,在Fluent中,基于DPM氣固多相流模型分析瞭不同進風角度和風速工況下內部流場的速度分佈和氣壓分佈,結果錶明,針對北方寒旱區春季生活垃圾,進風角度在15°~20°,風速在12~14m/s範圍內,可穫得較好的紙塑分選純度和效率。
전분선기술시실현랄급종합처리、제고자원이용솔적전제화관건。침대목전지소분선효과차、설비간루、공예삼수불합리적실제,통과와식기류분선내부류장방진분석,탐구합리적지소분선공예삼수화설비설계관건삼수,위랄급처리엄적생산화와식기류분선궤적연제제공기술삼고화지지。수선,건립료와식기류분선궤적유한원모형,재Fluent중,기우DPM기고다상류모형분석료불동진풍각도화풍속공황하내부류장적속도분포화기압분포,결과표명,침대북방한한구춘계생활랄급,진풍각도재15°~20°,풍속재12~14m/s범위내,가획득교호적지소분선순도화효솔。
Fore -separation technology is the precondition and key to realize garbage comprehensive treatment and increase resource utilization ratio .To the low effect of plastic and paper separation , the simple and rough separating equipment , the incorrect structure and processing parameter of separator , through simulating and analyzing on internal flow field for horizontal flow separation , reasonable processing parameter and key design parameter of separator for plastic and paper separation is explored .Technology reference and support will be provided to the production of destructor plant and the design of horizontal flow separator .FEM model of separator was built.Pressure distribution and velocity distribution of internal separating flow field at different air-intake angle and wind velocity are simulated and analyzed based on DPM gas -solid multi -phase flow model in Fluent.Results indicate that better effect of plastic and paper separation for municipal solid waste in cool and arid region will be realized when intake angle is 15-20°and wind velocity is 12-14m/s.
