对比研究溶剂提取、微波辅助提取、超声波辅助提取以及超临界CO2流体萃取四种方法提取石榴籽中油脂的效果,最大出油率分别为21.98%、13.51%、15.21%、17.62%。采用气象色谱(GC)方法分析石榴籽油中油脂成分及脂肪酸组成,脂肪酸含量最高的为石榴酸,占81.028%。用DPPHo法和测定过氧化值的方法评价石榴籽油的抗氧化活性,最大清除率为62.23%,并且对植物油脂有很好的抗氧化活性。

Comparative study is conducted to examine the effects of four methods to extract oil from pomegranate seeds, viz.solvent extraction, microwave -assisted extraction, ultrasound -assisted extraction and supercritical CO 2 fluid extraction;the maximum oil yields are respectively 21.98%, 13.51%, 15.21%, 17.62%.Gas Chromatography (GC) is used to analyze the content of pomegranate seed oil and its fatty acid composition;pomegranate acid takes up the largest percentage in total fatty acids , accounting for 81.028%. DPPH? method and peroxide value determination method are used to evaluate the antioxidant activity of pomegranate seed oil;the maximum clearance rate is 62.23%, and it has high antioxidant activity to vegetable fats and oils.
