设置7个NaCl质量浓度梯度(0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%)对粤桑69851、沙2×伦109、河南实生桑、桂优62四个桑品种种子进行NaCl胁迫处理,测定不同品种在不同处理下的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、盐害指数及胚根、胚芽长等指标,以研究 N aC l胁迫对不同桑品种种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明,N aC l胁迫对不同桑种种子的萌发有相似的作用模式。低浓度的 NaCl溶液(小于0.4%)可促进沙×伦109、河南实生桑、桂优62种子的萌发,当NaCl溶液浓度高于0.4%时则变为抑制作用。综合各项指标分析表明桂优62的耐盐性最强,其次为沙×伦109,再次为粤桑69851,河南实生桑的耐盐性最差。
設置7箇NaCl質量濃度梯度(0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%,0.8%,1.0%,1.2%)對粵桑69851、沙2×倫109、河南實生桑、桂優62四箇桑品種種子進行NaCl脅迫處理,測定不同品種在不同處理下的髮芽率、髮芽勢、髮芽指數、鹽害指數及胚根、胚芽長等指標,以研究 N aC l脅迫對不同桑品種種子萌髮特性的影響。結果錶明,N aC l脅迫對不同桑種種子的萌髮有相似的作用模式。低濃度的 NaCl溶液(小于0.4%)可促進沙×倫109、河南實生桑、桂優62種子的萌髮,噹NaCl溶液濃度高于0.4%時則變為抑製作用。綜閤各項指標分析錶明桂優62的耐鹽性最彊,其次為沙×倫109,再次為粵桑69851,河南實生桑的耐鹽性最差。

Seeds of mulberry varieties Yue-Sang69851 , Sha2 × Lun109 , He-Nan-Sang and Gui-You62 were treated with different mass concentrations of NaCl solution (0% ,0 .2% ,0 .4% , 0 .6% ,0 .8% ,1 .0% and 1 .2% ) ,and their germination rate ,germination vigor ,germination index ,salt injury index and radicle and plumule length were determined so as to study the in-fluence of NaCl stress on their germination ability .The results showed that there was a simi-lar pattern of seed germination of different mulberry varieties under NaCl stress . Lower NaCl concentrations (<0 .4% ) promoted the germination of Sha2 × Lun109 ,He-Nan-Sang and Gui-You62 ,while higher NaCl concentrations (>0 .4% ) inhibited it .Taking all the pa-rameters into consideration ,it is concluded that of the four mulberry varieties studied Gui-You62 had the best salt tolerance ,followed in order by Sha2 × Lun109 ,Yue-Sang69851 and He-Nan-Sang .
