目的探讨孕妇孕末期营养对新生儿初次听力筛查通过率的影响。方法回顾分析2012年1月至2012年3月期间在我院产科接受听力筛查的523名正常新生儿的听力筛查“通过”情况,对其母亲年龄及孕末期总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白、新生儿身长、体重、体重指数进行统计分析。结果“通过”组与“未通过”组在新生儿体重、体重指数,母亲年龄及孕末期总蛋白的差异无统计学意义,而“通过”组新生儿身长显著高于“未通过”组,“通过”组新生儿母亲的孕末期白蛋白(31.78±3.28 g/L)、前白蛋白(0.23±0.04)及血红蛋白(120.99±9.270.22±0.04g/L)显著高于“未通过”组(分别是29.78±4.71 g/L,0.22±0.04 g/L及115.44±11.67 g/L),差异有统计学意义(P均小于0.05)。结论孕妇孕末期营养状况可能是影响新生儿初次听力筛查的通过率因素之一。

Objective The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of nutrition during the latest period of pregnancy on the pass rate of hearing screening in 2-4 days-old neonates. Methods Data from a total of 523 newborns who received hearing screening in our hospital from 2012 January to 2012 March were retrospective reviewed. Transient evoked otoacoustic emissions (TEOAEs) were measured using the ILO96. The neonatal body height and weight were collected. The body weight index of newborns was calculated. Their mothers’age, total protein, albumin, prealbumin and hemoglobin during the latest period of pregnancy were also collected. Results Neonatal body weight, neonatal body weight index, mother's age and late pregnancy total protein showed no significant differences between the“Pass”and“Fail”groups. However, late pregnancy al-bumin (31.78±3.28 g/L), prealbumin (0.23±0.04) and hemoglobin (120.99±9.27) were significantly higher in the“Pass”group than the“Fail”group (29.78±4.71 g/L, 0.22±0.04 g/L and 115.44±11.67 g/L, respectively) . Conclusion The nutritional sta-tus of pregnant women in the latest period of pregnancy may be a factor that affects the pass rate of newborn hearing screening.
