以麸皮、豆粕和红糖为基料,固态培养沼泽生红冬孢酵母(Rhodosporidium paludigenum),研究沼泽生红冬孢酵母的固体培养条件和培养基。结果表明,优化的固体培养基和培养条件为:豆粕、麸皮和红糖的最佳质量比为3∶1∶1;每10 g基料,各组分添加量分别为酵母膏0.2 g,硫酸铵0.2 g,水12 mL,接种1.5 mL菌液;培养基厚度2.35 cm。在此条件下培养60 h,红酵母的细胞产量最高达101.9×108 g-1。
以麩皮、豆粕和紅糖為基料,固態培養沼澤生紅鼕孢酵母(Rhodosporidium paludigenum),研究沼澤生紅鼕孢酵母的固體培養條件和培養基。結果錶明,優化的固體培養基和培養條件為:豆粕、麩皮和紅糖的最佳質量比為3∶1∶1;每10 g基料,各組分添加量分彆為酵母膏0.2 g,硫痠銨0.2 g,水12 mL,接種1.5 mL菌液;培養基厚度2.35 cm。在此條件下培養60 h,紅酵母的細胞產量最高達101.9×108 g-1。
이부피、두박화홍당위기료,고태배양소택생홍동포효모(Rhodosporidium paludigenum),연구소택생홍동포효모적고체배양조건화배양기。결과표명,우화적고체배양기화배양조건위:두박、부피화홍당적최가질량비위3∶1∶1;매10 g기료,각조분첨가량분별위효모고0.2 g,류산안0.2 g,수12 mL,접충1.5 mL균액;배양기후도2.35 cm。재차조건하배양60 h,홍효모적세포산량최고체101.9×108 g-1。
The solid culture medium with the base materials, wheat bran, bean cake powder and brown sugar, was used to culture marine red yeast, Rhodosporidium paludigenum, and culture conditions for this red yeast were studied. The optimal solid culture medium and conditions were showed as follows:the mass ratio of bean cake powder to wheat bran, and to brown sugar is 3∶1∶1, and the ratio of yeast extract, ammonium sulfate and water to base materials is 2%, 2%, 120%, respectively, and inoculum size is 1.5%, and medium thickness is 2.35 cm. Cultured under these conditions for 60 h, the cell biomass of R. paludigenum reached up to 101.9× 108 cfu?g-1.
