采用Hummers法制备石墨烯对玻碳电极进行修饰,表面修饰效果采用电子显微镜进行表征,对测定条件进行优化。用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)对核黄素(RF)的电化学行为进行了研究。实验结果表明,与裸玻碳电极相比,石墨烯/Nafion膜修饰电极显示出很好的催化作用,核黄素在修饰电极上得到的氧化还原峰电流显著增强。还原峰电流与核黄素的浓度在3.0×10-6~2.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内成线性,线性关系数R=0.9946,检测限为1.0×10-6mol·L-1。用此方法测定了维生素B2片中维生素B2的含量,效果较好。

The graphene prepared by Hummers was modified on glassy carbon electrode, and the surface of it was characterized by electron microscopy.The operational parameters were optimized. The electrochemical behavior of riboflavin(RF)was studied by cyclic voltammetry(CV)and differential pulse voltammetry(DPV). Through test, it was concluded that graphene /Nafion modified electrode showed good catalytic activity compared with the bare glassy carbon electrode, the current of redox peak for riboflavin on modified electrode greatly was enhanced. Peak current is linear with concentration of riboflavin over the range 3.0×10-6~2.0×10-5 mol·L-1,R=0.9946,The limit of detection was as low as 1.0×10-6 mol·L-1. This method for determine vitamin B2 in Vitamin B2 tablets has good effect.
