　　随着时代的发展，传统高校体育教学模式已不能满足学生需求，影响了体育教学改革的深入开展，体育课程改革已经成为高校体育教学中的热点。加之近年来高校大学生的身体素质不断下滑，探索与创建高校体育课程新模式较为迫切。为满足社会发展的需要，体现体育教育的独特社会价值，以“以人为本”为教学理念，转变教育观念、更新教学手段、优化课程设置、改善考核制度、加强师资建设、增加经费投入、结合实际切实做好体育改革与教学工作十分必要。

The conventional physical education ( PE) teaching mode in university cannot meet current students ’ re-quirement .Its development is constrained by the old-fashioned teaching standards .In recent years , the curriculum system reform of the PE has become a key issue .Due to the drop in average fitness level amongst students , explo-ring and establishing new PE curriculum system is critical .In order to meet the needs of social development and re-flect the PE’s distinct values, it is necessary for us to take the idea of human-oriented, transform to new PE no-tion, update teaching technology , optimize curriculum system , improve assessment system , enhance the training of teachers , increase PE funding , and combine the teaching with the practice of the university .
