以浓盐酸-甲醇(1∶100)为提取溶剂,采用先浸泡,后水浴加热、超声和先水浴加热、超声后浸泡两种提取方法从通经草中提取生物碱,用分光光度法在波长为426nm处分别测定盐酸小檗碱的含量,回归方程为Y=0.00393+1.28929X (mg/10mL),r=0.99992.通经草中盐酸小檗碱的含量在0.099~0.796 mg/10mL范围内与吸光度呈线性关系.样品盐酸小檗碱回收率分别为93.08%~108.58%,93.08%~100.84%.该结论可为通经草药材的进一步开发利用提供理论依据.

This paper discussed extraction of Hydrochloric acid berberine from Aleuritopteris argentea(Gmel)Fee by meas of two different extraction methods,use hydrochloride acid-methanol(1:100)as solvent extraction. One method is immersed Aleuritopteris argentea(Gmel)Fee firstly and then water-bolt, ultrasonic extraction. The other is water-bolt, ultrasonic Aleuritopteris argentea(Gmel)Fee firstly and then immersed. The content of Hydrochloric acid berberine was determined by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 426 nm respectively. Regression equation is Y=0.00393+1.28928X.(mg/10mL), r=0.99992,Hydrochloric acid berberine within the concentration of 0.099~0.796(mg/mL)had linear relation with absorbance. The rates of recoveries are 93.08%~108.58%and 93.08%~100.84%. The research could provide a theoretical foundation for further development and utilization. of Aleuritopteris argentea(Gmel)Fee.
