台风对配网的损毁主要表现在线路跳闸、倒杆(塔)、断线三个方面。为了提高配电网线路防风效果,根据国家标准2010版配网规范,就线路防风加强技术措施提出如防串倒加强措施、提高基础抗倾覆能力、微地形特殊处理、线路防风拉线安装范围相隔、档距大于95 m 的特殊区段可局部采用带钢芯的绝缘导线、配网电缆化等11项建议,另外对加强运行管理以及加强应急救援也提出了若干建议。

The damage effects of typhoon on distribution network would result mainly in line trip, down rod (tower), and line broken. In order to improve the windproof effect of transimission line on distribution network, and according to the 2010 edition of the national standard distribution network specification, the paper proposed about 11 recommendations of strengthening the line windproof technology, including anti-string down strengthen measures, the basis overturning capacity improvement, micro-topography special treatment, windproof cable line installation scope interval, partially adopting the insulated wire with a steel corespan in special section greater than 95 m, cabling the network and so on. Moreover,the paper also presented a number of suggestion about strengthening and enhancing emergency rescue operation and management.
