回顾近30年来我国配电网建设的情况,指出在考虑配电网的建设模式时要注意到我国幅员辽阔、配电网区域性差别较大的特点,将智能配电网建设视为一项长期艰巨复杂的任务,根据需求演变和技术发展水平,制定系统性、有计划、有步骤的实施方案。此外,分析了我国当前配电网建设所面临的困难以及未来影响可能较大的部分关键技术。

Based on review of the construction of distribution network in past 30 years, it is pointed out that the vast territory in our country and regional differences in distribution network should be paid attention to when researching the construction mode, and the construction of distribution network is regarded as a long-term arduous complicated project, then a systematic planed implementing scheme by step is put forward according to the changes of demands and level of technological development. Furthermore, the difficulties of our current distribution network construction and some key technologies which may have a great influence on it in the near future are analyzed in detail.
