应用水蒸气蒸馏法从美花红千层叶提取挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)分离鉴定芳香成分,采用GC峰面积归一法确定其相对含量,鉴定了其中的21种化合物,占色谱总馏出峰面积的94.77%,其主要成分是1,8-桉叶素(43.36%)、α-蒎烯(33.18%)、α-松油醇(7.37%)、柠檬烯(3.57%)。
應用水蒸氣蒸餾法從美花紅韆層葉提取揮髮油,利用氣相色譜-質譜聯用技術(GC-MS)分離鑒定芳香成分,採用GC峰麵積歸一法確定其相對含量,鑒定瞭其中的21種化閤物,佔色譜總餾齣峰麵積的94.77%,其主要成分是1,8-桉葉素(43.36%)、α-蒎烯(33.18%)、α-鬆油醇(7.37%)、檸檬烯(3.57%)。

Chemical constituents of the essential oil extracted from the leaves of Callistemon citrinus were analyzed through gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Twenty-one compounds were identified, amounting to 94.77% of the total constituents detected. The major compounds were 1,8-cineole (43.36%),α-pinene (33.18%),α-terpineol (7.37%), and Limonene (3.57%).
