将硼酸锌(ZB)添加膨胀阻燃聚丙烯体系(PP/IFR)中,利用热重分析仪(TGA)、 X-射线荧光光谱仪(EDX)和红外光谱仪(FTIR)分析了该膨胀阻燃体系的热降解动力学和残炭的化学结构。结果表明,添加ZB后, PP/IFR体系提前分解,但保留了更多的残炭; EDX和FTIR分析结果表明,残炭中保留了更多的磷,且少量的ZB能促使IFR发生酯化反应,形成更多P-O-P和P-O-C的交联结构,从而提高材料的阻燃性能。
將硼痠鋅(ZB)添加膨脹阻燃聚丙烯體繫(PP/IFR)中,利用熱重分析儀(TGA)、 X-射線熒光光譜儀(EDX)和紅外光譜儀(FTIR)分析瞭該膨脹阻燃體繫的熱降解動力學和殘炭的化學結構。結果錶明,添加ZB後, PP/IFR體繫提前分解,但保留瞭更多的殘炭; EDX和FTIR分析結果錶明,殘炭中保留瞭更多的燐,且少量的ZB能促使IFR髮生酯化反應,形成更多P-O-P和P-O-C的交聯結構,從而提高材料的阻燃性能。
장붕산자(ZB)첨가팽창조연취병희체계(PP/IFR)중,이용열중분석의(TGA)、 X-사선형광광보의(EDX)화홍외광보의(FTIR)분석료해팽창조연체계적열강해동역학화잔탄적화학결구。결과표명,첨가ZB후, PP/IFR체계제전분해,단보류료경다적잔탄; EDX화FTIR분석결과표명,잔탄중보류료경다적린,차소량적ZB능촉사IFR발생지화반응,형성경다P-O-P화P-O-C적교련결구,종이제고재료적조연성능。
In this research, zinc boronate (ZB) was incorporated into intumescent flame retardant polypropylene (PP/IFR). Afterward, thermal degradation kinetics and char chemical structure of the new compound were analyzed by thermo gravimetric Analyzer (TGA), X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer (EDX) and Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The findings of the research indicated that incorporation of ZB into PP/IFR accelerated the degradation of the system and generated more char residue; EDX and FTIR analysis indicated greater amount of phosphorous residue in chars, and ZB could catalyze esterification reaction of IFR to form more P-O-P and P-O-C network structure, thereby improving the flame retardant performance of materials.
