采用氢化物发生-冷阱捕集-原子吸收光谱法(HG-CT-AAS)测定了雄黄染毒大鼠血中不同形态砷的含量。结果表明,雄黄在大鼠体内的代谢产物为无机砷、一甲基胂酸和二甲基胂酸,其中二甲基胂酸是主要代谢产物;3种形态砷的精密度、准确度、回收率及线性关系良好。
採用氫化物髮生-冷阱捕集-原子吸收光譜法(HG-CT-AAS)測定瞭雄黃染毒大鼠血中不同形態砷的含量。結果錶明,雄黃在大鼠體內的代謝產物為無機砷、一甲基胂痠和二甲基胂痠,其中二甲基胂痠是主要代謝產物;3種形態砷的精密度、準確度、迴收率及線性關繫良好。
채용경화물발생-랭정포집-원자흡수광보법(HG-CT-AAS)측정료웅황염독대서혈중불동형태신적함량。결과표명,웅황재대서체내적대사산물위무궤신、일갑기신산화이갑기신산,기중이갑기신산시주요대사산물;3충형태신적정밀도、준학도、회수솔급선성관계량호。
The content of arsenic species in the blood of rats treated with realgar was analyzed by means of automated hydride generation-cryogenic trapping-atomic absorption spectropho-tometry (HG-CT-AAS) .Results show that the metabolic products of realgar in the body of rats include inorganic arsenic ,monomethyl arsenic acid and dimethyl arsenic acid ,in which dimethyl arsenic acid is the predominant arsenic species .Besides ,various arsenic species can be well separated and determined by established HG-CT-AAS method with a good precision ,accu-racy ,recovery and linearity .
