合成了一系列不同银含量的硫脲壳聚糖-银配合物;利用傅立叶变换红外光谱分析了合成产物的结构,并测定了壳聚糖、硫脲壳聚糖及4种硫脲壳聚糖-Ag配合物对细菌和植物病原菌的抑菌性能。结果表明:硫脲壳聚糖-Ag配合物的抑菌性能优于单一的壳聚糖和硫脲壳聚糖;随着硫脲壳聚糖-Ag配合物中银含量的增大,抑菌效果明显增强。
閤成瞭一繫列不同銀含量的硫脲殼聚糖-銀配閤物;利用傅立葉變換紅外光譜分析瞭閤成產物的結構,併測定瞭殼聚糖、硫脲殼聚糖及4種硫脲殼聚糖-Ag配閤物對細菌和植物病原菌的抑菌性能。結果錶明:硫脲殼聚糖-Ag配閤物的抑菌性能優于單一的殼聚糖和硫脲殼聚糖;隨著硫脲殼聚糖-Ag配閤物中銀含量的增大,抑菌效果明顯增彊。
합성료일계렬불동은함량적류뇨각취당-은배합물;이용부립협변환홍외광보분석료합성산물적결구,병측정료각취당、류뇨각취당급4충류뇨각취당-Ag배합물대세균화식물병원균적억균성능。결과표명:류뇨각취당-Ag배합물적억균성능우우단일적각취당화류뇨각취당;수착류뇨각취당-Ag배합물중은함량적증대,억균효과명현증강。
A series of thiourea-chitosan-Ag complexes were synthesized .The structure of as-synthesized products was characterized by means of Fourier transform infrared spectrometry , and the antimicrobial performance of chitosan ,thiourea-chitosan and four thiourea-chitosan-Ag complexes against bacteria and plant pathogenic fungus was evaluated .Results show that as-synthesized thiourea-chitosan-Ag complexes have obviously enhanced antimicrobial activities than chitosan and thiourea-chitosan .Besides , the antimicrobial activity of four thiourea-chi-tosan-Ag complexes rises obviously with increasing content of Ag + .
