采用盐酸-硝酸-氯化钠-氟化氢铵-高锰酸钾溶样体系,于沸水浴中封闭溶解矿样,经活性炭吸附柱动态吸附金,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定。对国家标准物质进行分析,其测定结果与标准值一致,方法检出限为0.02μg/mL,精密度RSD为0.90%~4.18%。该方法简便、快速,节约了成本,减少了环境污染。
採用鹽痠-硝痠-氯化鈉-氟化氫銨-高錳痠鉀溶樣體繫,于沸水浴中封閉溶解礦樣,經活性炭吸附柱動態吸附金,採用火燄原子吸收光譜法測定。對國傢標準物質進行分析,其測定結果與標準值一緻,方法檢齣限為0.02μg/mL,精密度RSD為0.90%~4.18%。該方法簡便、快速,節約瞭成本,減少瞭環境汙染。

Sealed dissolution is conducted In boiling water bath environment by the dissolution system of hydro -chloric acid-nitric acid-sodium chloride-ammonium bifluoride-potassium permanganate , gold is dynamically adsorbed via activated carbon adsorption column and then flame atomic absorption spectrometry is used for determination .The results were in agreement with the value of the certified reference materials and the RSD was in the range of 0.90 %-4.18 %,the determination limit of gold was 0.02μg/mL.The method is simple,fast and cost effective ,re-ducing environment pollution .
