分析了影响耐高温滤料过滤性能的因素,研究了水刺工艺参数对聚酰亚胺(PI)纤维/聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)基布复合耐高温滤料性能的影响。试验表明,采用5道主水刺和18 MPa水刺压力可以制得力学性能和过滤性能较优的产品,且能耗较低。

The influence factor on filtration performance of high temperature resistant filter media was analyzed . The influence of spunlace process parameters on high-temperature resistant filtration performance of the PI/PTFE composite substrates was studied.The test demonstrated that the products with good filtration performance and mechanical property could be produced throughout 5 times of main spunlace processes with spunlace pressure of 18 MPa and the power consumption be low .
