　　杨桃果实采后不耐贮运，保鲜期极短，严重制约着我国杨桃产业的发展。本文就国内外有关杨桃果实的采收，以及冷激、热激、涂膜、低剂量辐照、防腐保鲜剂处理、包装等果实采后处理和贮藏保鲜技术的研究进展作了综述。

The development of Carambola ( Averrhoa carambola Linn.) production in China is restricted due to the difficulty in fresh-keeping of the fruits during storage and transportation .The research advances in the technologies of harvesting ,postharvest handling including cold treatment ,heat treatment,coating,low dose radiation,antiseptic,packaging,and storage and fresh-keeping methods for carambola fruits were comprehen-sively summarized in this paper .
